Primary visual inspection of the rough crystal

In the darkroom, the point light source or line light source of a green laser is used to transmit the inside of the crystal and sweep through it layer by layer to observe the defects of the crystal billet by naked eye. It is mainly used to detect the macro defects such as wrapping points, clouds and microbubbles inside the crystal billet.

Stress gauge
The stress meter can be used to test the stress, grain boundary and uniformity inside the blank crystal. The blank of the crystal is sliced, finely ground or polished, and the internal stress distribution of the material is observed under the stress meter to observe whether there are grain boundaries, polycrystals and twins. Observe the diffraction aperture, and detect the internal crystallization and doping uniformity through the deformation of the aperture.

X-ray directional apparatus

The X-ray directional tester can be used to accurately test the machining surface of the crystal, which is used to determine the accuracy of the machining direction of the crystal and detect whether there are polycrystalline, twin and amorphous areas in the material.

1、Self-developed test platform for polarization extinction ratio of crystal. The polarization extinction ratio of > 30dB can be measured by using a high polarization ratio power tunable laser light source with a high polarization extinction ratio polarizer and a low noise detection system. The testing platform can detect the internal defects of bonded crystals and laser dielectric materials. In order to ensure the stability and consistency of laser dielectric materials.

2、High and low temperature aging furnace, model: SCICOOLING, BTC-SG7502-05F. Rapid aging and stability of products can be realized by rapid cooling. The main parameters are as follows: Temperature fluctuation ≤±0.2 ° C, temperature range -75 ° C to +150 ° C, rising and cooling rate ≥5 ° C /min. Using this equipment can realize the aging of products, improve the reliability and stability of products and other indicators.

3、The self-developed high and low temperature energy test platform can realize the laser working condition measurement (including energy, wavelength, beam, etc.) from -40℃ to +65℃ temperature range. There is no occlusion and distortion in the measurement process, and the laser product is not frosted at low temperature. Using this self-developed platform, the high and low temperature performance parameters of products can be more accurately detected.

4、The laser beam divergence Angle test platform was developed by myself. The CCD receiver of model CinCam CMOS-1.001 was used in the beam detection system, and the test repeatability was ±1mrad. With the remote guide rail adjustment and calibration system, it can realize the near and far field divergence Angle test of pump source collimating laser and 1535nm laser beam. Test repeatability and high accuracy.
